kingdom melodies are spoiling my christmas songs
by finding my way inthis is my second year celebrating christmas.
i've got my first full size tree up very early :) and i've been playing christmas songs via pandora often.
problem is, a lot of the classic christmas songs sound just like kingdom melodies!!!

Sorry, I didn't log in for almost a month after posting this!! thank you everyone!! It seems this isn't a common issue, but all the advice is great. My "pagan" ;) grandma made me some mixed CD's (she's so cool) of some of her favorites and I've been trying my best to drown the Kingdom blah that comes through. I'm so happy Christmas is almost here. My daughter is 10 months old and I can't wait to let her tear through some paper. I'll be a bit sad when it's over but then there's next year.
p.s. Vampire, you scare me!!! LOL

Problem is, a lot of the classic christmas songs sound just like kingdom melodies!!! I feel haunted. It's driving me nuts. Anyone else have this problem?? I can't seem to get these songs I grew up with out of my head. They really creep me out now.

A beginner's thanks...
by confliction ini know i only posted on the board 8 days ago- a little over a week.. at the beginning of this week, i went from hopeless and depressed, feeling like i had no way out.. .
but throughout the course of 8 days, i have been shown kindness that i haven't seen in years.. i have been reached out to in ways i didn't even know was possible.. in a little over 8 days, i went from feeling alone in a dark abyss of a world, to having an entire support group, that i know cares about me and understands me and exactly how i think and feel.. in one week, i have mustered up the courage to speak up to a friend who i have known for half my life, but was too afrait to tell about my doubts.. i have come to realize that, he, too is planning to leave this organization- never telling me because of fear i would reject him- and likewise for me.. i just wanted to notify all who have helped, that you will not be forgotten- i would have never imagined this much support when i first submitted my account information one month ago, unsure about my entire life.. .
i don't know how else to put this, so i will put it rather frankly:.

Yes. Especially when I get myself into situations where I'm around a bunch of witnesses i.e. Weddings or funerals.
It's like this though.... The fear I used to have of the power Satan could get over me if I wasn't basically perfect, is what I feel about the Watchtower. I feel like the mind controlling babble is powerful and from Satan and I must avoid falling into that trap.
I've considered getting reinstated and fading back out so that I can have relationships with family but when I really contemplate this I realize I can no longer tolerate fake friends. And they had the nerve to create a movie about "real friends"....
